How To Export Your Canva File

 

Step 1: Create design in Canva. Be sure to set the size to your desired print size before creating.


Step 2: Click File - Then choose Show Rulers and Guides, Show Print Bleed, Show Danger Zone Detection. Make sure that all background art goes past the cut line into the bleed area. Keep text ⅛ inch to ¼ inch away from the cut line.


Step 3: Once you have proof read and confirmed that all artwork looks correct. Once you have proof read and confirmed that all artwork looks correct. Click Share in the upper right hand corner. Then Click Download.


Step 4: Change the File Type to PDF Print.


Step 5: Choose Crop Marks and Bleed, Flatten PDF. If you have a premium subscription change the color profile to CMYK, if not leave as RGB. Click Download - Send Wortman Printing your .pdf for print.


Step 6: Alternatively, you may need to share an editable link to us. To share the editing link with us Click Share - Change Access Level to Anyone with the link - Change to Can Edit on the right. Then Click Copy Link and email Wortman Printing the link.
