Exporting Your File From Canva

How To Export Your Canva File

Step 1: Create design in Canva. Be sure to set the size to your desired print size before creating.

Step 2: Click File - Then choose Show Rulers and Guides, and Show Print Bleed. Make sure that all background art goes past the cut line into the bleed area. Keep text ⅛ inch to ¼ inch away from the cut line.

Step 3: Once you have proof read and confirmed that all artwork looks correct, Click Share in the upper right hand corner. Then Click Download.

Step 4: Change the File Type to PDF Print.

Step 5: Choose Crop Marks and Bleed, Flatten PDF. If you have a premium subscription change the color profile to CMYK, if not leave as RGB. Click Download - Send Wortman Printing your .pdf for print.

Step 6: Alternatively, you may need to share an editable link to us. To share the editing link with us Click Share - Change Access Level to Anyone with the link - Change to Can Edit on the right. Then Click Copy Link and email Wortman Printing the link.
