We handle everything from high-quality printing to sorting and preparing your mail in accordance with United States Postal Service regulations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. To get started, you’ll need to set up your mailing list in Microsoft Excel by organizing contact information into clearly labeled columns such as First Name, Last Name, Street Address, Street Address 2, City, State, and ZIP Code. Once your list is complete and verified for accuracy, it should be saved as a .csv (Comma Separated Values) file format. This file type allows for seamless data import into mailing and printing systems, ensuring each piece is correctly addressed and ready for bulk processing.
Every Door Direct Mailing
Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) is a powerful and affordable way to reach every household in the neighborhoods you choose, making it ideal for advertising and promoting your business locally. Through an EDDM campaign, your mail piece is delivered to every address along selected carrier routes or throughout an entire ZIP code, with the option to include or exclude business addresses. Unlike traditional bulk mailing, EDDM does not require specific names or individual addresses; instead, your piece is prepared generically and distributed to all residences within the targeted area through the United States Postal Service.
Our team guides you through each step of the process to ensure a smooth and successful mailing. To begin, request a quote and provide the ZIP codes and carrier routes you would like to target. You can work with our design team to create an eye-catching mail piece or supply a print-ready file. EDDM has specific size requirements: mail pieces must be at least 6.125 inches tall or 11 inches long, with 6.125 x 9 inches being one of the most popular and effective formats. Postage is an additional cost and must be submitted as a check payable to the postmaster to fund the mailing permit and validate the required paperwork. Once the mailing is approved, it must be delivered to the appropriate local post office for distribution. We can coordinate shipment directly to the designated post office locations, or you may pick up the completed mailing from our office and deliver it yourself to help reduce shipping costs.
Note: Postage is an additional charge, we ask that the postage amount be provided to us in the form of a check written out to the Postmaster. The check is needed to fund our mailing permit/validate the mailing paperwork with USPS.
